Carissimi amici, vogliamo manifestare la nostra profonda vicinanza - e con noi tutta l'Azione Cattolica Italiana - al popolo polacco dopo la tragedia che vi ha colpiti con la morte del Presidente Nazionale della Repubblica, della moglie e di tante persone note e meno note, in pellegrinaggio verso Katyn. Ci uniamo alle vostre preghiere al Signore della storia che guida tutta l'umanità verso il Suo Regno. Chiediamo alla Vergine Maria di Czestochowa, regina e madre della Polonia, di sostenervi nella fede e nella speranza con tutta la nazione polacca. Dear friends, We, together with all the Italian Catholic Action, would like to show our sympathy to the Polish people after the tragedy which stuck the nation with the tragic death of the National President, his wife and many known and lesser known people who were on a pilgrimage to Katyn. We join you in your prayers to the Lord of history who guides all humanity towards His Kingdom. We ask the Virgin Mary of Czestochowa, Queen and Mother of Poland to sustain you and the entire Polish nation in your faith and hope. Drodzy przyjaciele. Wraz z w³osk± Akcj± Katolick± chcieliby¶my okazaæ wyrazy wspó³czucia dla polskiego narodu w zwi±zku z tragiczn± ¶mierci± Prezydenta, jego ¿ony i innych mniej lub bardziej znanych osób przybywaj±cych z pielgrzymk± do Katynia. Jednoczymy siê z Wami w modlitwach do Boga, który prowadzi ca³± ludzko¶æ do Swojego Królestwa.
